Joshua Geddes studied conducting at the University of Melbourne with John Hopkins. He has appeared as a guest conductor with the Zelman Memorial Symphony Orchestra and Bendigo Symphony Orchestra and has undertaken master classes at the Royal College of Music in Manchester and the Royal Academy of Music in London since graduating with a Bachelor of Music Performance at the Victorian College of the Arts.
Joshua maintains a busy schedule as an instrumentalist and music educator and is currently a tutor for the undergraduate conducting course at the University of Melbourne. He recently founded the Aurum Ensemble for musicians to work on innovative musical projects.
